The aim of Unbiased Financial Planning (UFP) is to help both individuals and business clients organise their affairs to achieve their financial goals.

We are totally independent and therefore work solely for the benefit of our clients giving completely impartial advice and a personal friendly service.

We have an approximate average age of 50. We are Chartered Fellows or Associates of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments Institute (CISI), and Personal Finance Society (PFS). We strive towards the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and knowledge in each of our chosen fields.

Unbiased Financial Planning has been trading since 1990 as Troy French & Partners. However, in 2016 we rebranded as the Unbiased Financial Group to provide a clearer image.

We are continuously developing our skills to keep them up-to-date and have also adopted the PFS 'Code of Ethics and Conduct'. The key values from the Code of Ethics and Conduct are:

We are one of only 300 IFAs that have the ability and regulator permissions to manage your investments discretionally.

We are a privately held company, 100% owned by our staff.

We also work in the community by taking on work placements and doing careers presentations.

We have been supporting our local hospice St Raphael's for many years. In 2017 we were part of a team that rose over £25,000 by cycling to Paris.
